Home and Fireside: 16 Homes of the 1920's

“Home and Fireside” a collection of home designs offered in the mid 1920’s and was sponsored by the McPhee & McGinnity Company of Denver, Colorado, a building material supply house. This catalog was produced in color and offers a collection styles popular in the period. Each is christened with a name beginning with “K”. Keyesport, Kenwood, Kensington and Knoxville are some examples found. The designs include Colonial, Dutch Colonial, Italian/Spanish and English, all with the expected “storybook” appeal.
