Bogey Creatures of the Hispanic Southwest

Larry Torres compiled this anthology of the haunting bogey creatures of his youth as a means of learning to live with his past. By making peace with his nightmares, he made them into part of his own friends and family, even to the point of assuming their identities. By putting a face to the bogey man, he thought other kids might also learn to face their own fears.
