The implementation of an Enterprise Portal is more of an art than a science. This is true due to the fact that each organization is different with respect to priorities, fiscal issues, culture, etc. To this end, implementing an Enterprise Portal in an organization is a highly customized process that cannot be churned out in a mass-production fashion.
