Thomas Sr. and Lucy Hunt and Descendants 1787-2002

Thomas Hunt Sr. was born in North Carolina about 1787 and was on the census there in Rutherford County in 1820. He moved to and lived in Blount County, Tennessee shortly thereafter where he lived until 1851 and moved once again this time to Rusk County, Texas where he died in 1856. Separate chapters are devoted to each of his children and their descendants: Betsy, Absolom, James, John, William Marshall, Stephen, Thomas Jr., Cassandra (Carsa), Madison, Mahala, and Samuel. First generation allied families are Bedford, Bradbury, Fears, Goforth, Harvey, Holt, Lane, Leopard, Patrick, Peeples, Watson, Rose, and Tucker.
