Italian recipes of Camonica Valley by Rachele

In this book were collected traditional recipes of the Camonica Valley, by scanning of a manuscript of more than fifty years ago. The scans of this recipe they were made without changing the original, preserving the temporal order in which the recipes were written, from the oldest to the newest without dividing them by category (first, second, sweets, liqueurs). Since it is hand-written notes, sometimes you have get an idea on the doses of ingredients and a bit of familiarity with the kitchen.
