
The 21-Day Body Love Challenge is for women who don't feel good enough. It is for women with health concerns, weight issues and self-esteem issues who struggle to love and accept themselves. It is a guided program to help women to learn to love and value themselves as they deserve to be loved and valued.
Once you receive your journal you will be invited to register for daily reminders and you will be given a link to a free meditation which you will be encouraged to listen to daily.
And you will be invited to join our private and supportive Facebook group.
