Retribution

A US Marine meets a Japanese girl in post war Japan. They marry and have children, one of whom is a child prodigy. She gets her first PhD at fifteen and runs for the US Congress. When her family is wiped out by accident by rival LA Gangs; and the cops can't or won't do anything, she takes on the task sucessfully.
