The book's two parts, Miserabilis and Laetific, are in glaring contrast to each other. The first part is about love, inner equilibrium, nature and hope. The second part treats subjects of war, death and fear. These strange constellations and confrontations may appear distant, yet they are part of one's life.The book contains several original illustrations.
