The Customization 500 study is an international benchmark study on mass customization and personalization in consumer E-Commerce. It's aimed to provide a showcase of the state-ofthe-art of mass customization (MC) and personalization in the internet. On the one hand, we want to provide a comprehensive picture of the market space of customization companies in this domain.
