Airships and Surveillance

Airships have a great public image as aircrafts respectful of the environment. Airships are increasingly used for surveillance. This is a short introduction to aerostatics, in order to increase the efficiency (and the ROI) of all organizations interested by this type of surveillance. It gives them a better understanding of all that Airships can (and cannot) do, enabling them to discuss their contracts with more know-how and efficiency.
