Don Melbourne began writing short stories when he retired from social work. Much of his work is inspired by real life observations, experiences and events. You can expect an intriguing mix of humour, fantasy, murder, betrayal, ghostly happenings, insanity, mystery and the downright bizarre. And definitely the unexpected! Don lives in an apartment overlooking a busy canal in the Black Country in England. With partner Jan, he enjoys exploring the fascinating canal network, discovering windmills and participating in that hectic adventure called life.
