This book contains 28 years of research and legislative activities to classify and regulate manufactured housing as real property for all purposes. The book is intended for owners of manufactured homes, and government officials who need information on how to properly classify and regulate manufactured housing as real property. It is my goal that all owners of manufactured homes shall have the same rights and protections under the laws that all other homeowners have.
