About Donata Panciera

Born into a family of gelato makers and confectioners who began their enterprise in Vienna more than a century ago, Donata Panciera, after her university studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature of the University of Udine began her own professional training in the family gelato shops. With her knowledge of foreign languages (French, English and German) she has made contact with professionals all over the world and holds courses and provides consulting services for associations as well as Italian and international companies. In 2000, she obtained the European “Master teacher of gelato making” certificate under the terms of UNI CEI EN45013/90. Nata da una famiglia di gelatieri-pasticcieri, che iniziò la propria attività a Vienna oltre un secolo fa, Donata Panciera, dopo gli studi universitari presso la Facoltà di Lingue e Letterature straniere di Udine, inizia la propria formazione professionale presso le gelaterie di famiglia. La sua conoscenza delle lingue straniere (francese, inglese e tedesco) le consentono di entrare in contatto con i professionisti di tutto il mondo e di tenere corsi e consulenze presso associazioni e aziende italiane e internazionali. Nel 2000 ottiene la qualifi ca di “Mastro Docente Gelatiere”, secondo la Norma Europea Uni Cei EN45013/90.
