Wellness My Way is a collaboration between Ghost Chaos LLC (Fitness junkie online) and Leave a Little Sparkle (Educational Content Creator) to help influence you or teachers in your life to live their best life. As teachers, we neglect to take care of ourselves and ultimately end up burned out, tired and sometimes with bigger issues: -depression -anxiety -blood pressure issues -cholesterol issues -arthritis -diabetes These issues can be combated with the right frame of mind. Think about a world in which you treat yourself the way you treat your favorite student (oh come on, we all have one!). Think of this journal as a way to unwind, learn about yourself and take care of yourself. This approach is different from any other approach you may find becuase it is not based on a "fad" diet, or "extreme" weight loss approach. Instead it focuses on you listening to your body. What feels good? What doesn't? How can you combat that? What should you be doing? At the end of the day, we know what works for us, and what doesn't. But, sometimes we need to visually see it and work for it. This book is designed for 31 days of working on you. Take your meds, plan your daily movement, check in on the foods you ate, and feel the emotions you feel so that you can end up FEELING like the best you!
