As for the second chapter, the future of biotechnology, it explains the developments, innovations, and future directions of biotechnology, reviewing the most important promising technologies, such as gene editing, genomics, and applications of artificial intelligence in personal medicine and digital health, in addition to stem cell technology, tissue engineering, bioprinting, and biomanufacturing that considers the dimensions of environmental sustainability.
