The Other Side of Midnight

What you are about to read are flashbacks, play-it-forwards, and musings in chapter form. Kind of like reading Sounder. Often people will not have names - just "the man," "she," and "they." Because that's how I'm remembering. You may wonder what year it is - it's not important. What's important is that I made it through. That's what's important for you too...that you make it through. After God helps you to make it through, the same thing will happen for you as God continually applies His healing balm to wounds and old war injuries you've suffered. Datelines become blurred, names are hard to remember or not so important. Nothing left but scars standing as memorials to help you remember how good God is, because they don't hurt anymore.
