The main objective of the study was to determine the significance of the relationship between the satisfaction and engagement of pupils with Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program benefits in public elementary schools. The respondents of the study were the 251 Grade Six Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program recipients of Clusters 1 – 4 of Manay North District, Division of Davao Oriental for the school year 2019-2020. Stratified Random Sampling was used in determining the respondents of the study. Quantitative non-experimental method of research was used in employing correlational technique. Mean, Pearson r, and Regression were the statistical tools employed in the analysis and interpretation of the data. Results revealed that the level of satisfaction in terms of indicators nutrition and education was noted high. While the indicator health, the rating was moderate. It is indicated that the student level of engagement in terms of indicators affective, behavioral, and cognitive development was high. There is a significant relationship between the students' satisfaction towards Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program and the student engagement. Finally, there is domain in satisfaction towards the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program significantly influences the student engagement.
