School & Public Safety Defense System
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This book is designed as an aid for individuals and administrators that collaborate with schools or other entities dedicated to caring for the well-being of others by providing safety. It looks at the role of individuals and cultural differences (psychopathology) and is applicable to a diverse set of establishments, designed to help individuals and entities become a part of the solution rather than the problem. Crime, vandalism, assault, kidnapping, etc. can be reduced and people can live in their homes and neighborhoods safely. It represents my current thinking and researched information from sources listed in the bibliography to assist in minimizing the danger/threat or harm that can be perpetrated by malicious, criminal, at-risk or terrorist actions.
Individuals and administrators are encouraged to review their current procedures and controls in light of psychological dysfunction or deterioration in cognitive, emotional, or behavioral functioning. This deterioration elicits distress, confusion, helplessness within the individual and produces a maladaptive response style when unchecked or treated and creates potentials for malicious criminal, or terrorist actions.
