Over the years, Helen and Dr. Gordon Brown have been regularly dedicated to a long and arduous process that attempted to evolve their beloved profession of chiropractic in a direction that was congruent with their shared vision of subluxation-centered care. Most personal and professional challenges that are worthy of a lifetime commitment require a tremendous amount of dedication, perseverance and courage. What the Browns set out to accomplish in chiropractic, throughout their lives, would be no exception to this rule. The challenges, threats and setbacks that these chiropractic mavericks would encounter and eventually conquer would ultimately create a pathway for other chiropractors to follow.
