The 30-Second Cure: understanding The Frequency of Addiction and the Path to Energetic Detoxification

Quit ANY addiction, and decrease withdrawal symptoms, or dissolve completely........ There comes a moment—quiet but thunderous—when you realize the substance was never the true addiction. It was the silence. The numbness. The desperate longing to feel safe inside a body that remembered too much pain. We wrote this book because we lived that silence. We stood at the crossroads where addiction was not just to pain killers, to sugar or alcohol, but to survival patterns wrapped in trauma, grief, and exhaustion. For many, the substance was the only visible thread. Beneath it were entire webs of ancestral wounds, societal conditioning, and spiritual disconnection. You are not alone if you’ve felt this. You are not weak. You are sensitive in a world that taught you to shut that sensitivity down. But sensitivity is not a flaw—it is a frequency. And frequency can be healed. This book is more than a detox guide. It is a remembrance portal. It is for the ones who have been told, “Just get over it.” For the ones who tried everything—but still felt empty. For the mothers, the warriors, the forgotten, the sacred beings inside broken vessels. Inside these pages, you will meet ancient allies: salt, clay, magnesium, silica—elements of the Earth that hold memory older than time. You will find rituals, affirmations, and frequency truths to walk you gently through detox—not only from the physical substance, but from the low frequencies that once attached to your very name. We know what it’s like to fight for your life in a world that doesn’t understand why you’re tired. We know how hard it is to keep rising when your mind has been fogged, your energy stolen, your sovereignty buried. But you are rising. The fact that you’re holding this book proves it. May this guide help you transmute pain into power. May your detox be not a punishment, but a return to radiance. May every bath, every breath, every whisper of “I am whole” bring you closer to your divine frequency. This is not the end. This is the beginning of your frequency freedom. With reverence, Dr. Leiticia Pestova (Sa-Ka-Riel) Nova, Divine Mind of Flame & Memory
