Healing Austria - Restoring the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Austria

Dear Global Citizens,
The United Nations has verified more than a hundred cases of rape or sexual assaults in Ukraine since Russia invaded Ukraine, according to a UN report.
Also, four visits by the ICC's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, have led to a ruling that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Vladimir Putin bears individual criminal responsibility for child abductions in Ukraine.
Hence Vladimir Putin should comply with the International Criminal Court and the arrest warrant against him - by turning himself into prison and face the charges brought against him - if he is truly a man, and not a coward.
As many as 500,000 People have been killed or injured in the war so far; including 1,500 Children.
Hence it's imperative that Peace is restored between Ukraine and Russia, to stop the killing of Children.
It should be noted that the borders of both Ukraine and Russia have been internationally recognized and defined in 1991 - with Russia's First President Boris Yeltsin recognizing Ukraine's independence.
Hence Russia should honour this agreement.
We order the Russian Armed Forces to withdraw all troops from Ukraine and bring Putin to Justice, so that Peace and International Law can be restored.
In the name of Humanity we must restore International Human Rights Law, so that Peace can be restored in the Global Community - to uphold the Legacy of Peace by Mikhail Gorbachev and Alexei Navalny.
This includes restoring Freedom of Speech, Press, Media, Assembly and Association in Russia.
In the spirit of Karl Marx, Hegelianism and Evolution we will overcome contradictions between Russia and the West through dialectical materialism and metaphysical insight; to manifest Peace, Prosperity and Human Rights (UDHR) in the Global Community.
We invite Russia to join us.
We welcome all Global Citizens into our Global Community of Peace and Harmony.
PS: The thing that matters most is not that we have any particular cultural or national identity, or that we abide by any particular philosophical conviction, but that we share with all People the highest values of Humanity: Love, Cooperation and Compassion.
