Healing Greece - Restoring the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in the Hellenic Republic

Dear Global Citizens,
We order all Russian troops to withdraw from Ukraine, so that the UN Charter can be restored in the Global Community.
In the words of UN Chief António Guterres: "Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, we have had two years of fighting, suffering and stoking global tensions and straining global relations. Enough. Scorning the Charter has been the problem. Honoring it is the solution. That means honoring the sovereignty, independence, unity and territorial integrity of Ukraine; within its internationally recognized borders."
The Putin regime has committed multiple war crimes in Ukraine; in the form of deliberate attacks against civilian targets, massacres of civilians, torture and rape of women and children, and indiscriminate attacks in densely populated areas.
As many as 500,000 people have been killed or injured in the war so far; including 1,500 Children.
Hence it is imperative that Peace is restored between Ukraine and Russia, to stop the killing of Children.
A continuation of Putin's illegal war in Ukraine will ruin Russia and isolate the Russian People – which is unnecessary and can be avoided, if Russia restores peaceful relations with the Global Community.
This includes restoring Freedom of Speech, Press, Media, Assembly and Association in Russia.
It should be noted that the borders of both Ukraine and Russia have been internationally recognized and defined in 1991; Russia recognizing Ukraine's independence.
Hence Russia should honor this agreement.
We urge the People of Russia to restore International Human Rights Law (IHRL) by ending the Putin regime - which includes bringing Vladimir Putin to Justice, as stipulated by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
NB: The International Peacebuilding Alliance (IPA) is above all other governments - until Peace, Human Rights, the UN Charter and a nuclear free world has manifested in the Global Community.
