Hence we have founded the International Peacebuilding Alliance (IPA) which has replaced NATO, the Russian Armed Forces and US Armed Forces. The IPA is above all other governments - even above America, Ukraine, the UK, Russia and EU - so that Human Rights, International Law and nuclear disarmament can be manifested in the Global Community. The IPA has temporarily taken power in the United States, UK, EU, Russia and Middle East - until Freedom of Speech, International Law, Human Rights (UDHR) and Peace have been manifested. We wish to emphasize that in any war there are no winners; only death and destruction. In the words of Eglantyne Jebb: "Every war is a war against Children." This applies very much to Putin's illegal and inhuman war on Ukraine, which the Putin regime is losing badly, and has made Russia into a pariah state. In the words of a great gentleman, Arthur Wellesley: "Next to a battle lost, the greatest misery is a battle gained." To stop the killing of Children and Civilians, Putin must be removed from office. Either by Putin's own volition - or by bringing him to Justice, as stipulated by the International Criminal Court (ICC). In the spirit of Alexei Navalny and Mikhail Gorbachev we will restore Peace and the UN Charter in Russia. The Putin regime has committed grave war crimes in Ukraine. As many as 500,000 people have been killed or injured in the war so far; including 2,000 Children. Hence it is imperative that Peace is restored. NB: The corrupt and illegitimate Putin regime does not represent Russia anymore due to electoral fraud, ballot rigging and the assassination of Alexei Navalny, Anna Politkovskaya and many others.
