Dear All, First and foremost we are World Citizens and should coexist in Peace. Until the Putin regime ends, we are giving the Green Light to Ukraine to eliminate military targets that are responsible for the killings of Children and Civilians. To restore Peace with Ukraine, the People of Russia must end the Putin regime. Putin's illegal war on Ukraine has resulted in tens of thousands of deaths on both sides; which is unacceptable and must end. It should be noted that the borders of both Ukraine and Russia have been internationally recognized and defined in 1991; with Russia recognizing Ukraine's independence. Hence Russia should honor this agreement. Although Russia is a technologically advanced country, in other areas Russia is far behind - such as Human Rights, Ethics, Civil Rights and Happiness - which are the pillars of our Global Community. The Putin regime has ruthlessly crushed all genuine opposition; by killing Alexei Navalny, Boris Nemtsov, Anna Politkovskaya and many others. Putin is also responsible for war crimes against fellow Global Citizens in Ukraine. Hence the International Peacebuilding Alliance will govern Russia temporarily, until the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) has been restored. We advise Putin to resign, so that Peace and Human Rights can be restored. NB: The People of Russia have been referred to as the worlds most brutalized People - being like lambs led to the slaughter - because of the severe restrictions placed on their political and civil freedoms. This applies to the case of Alexei Navalny and officers who were killed in Putin's war on Ukraine; such as Gen Andrei Sukhovetsky, Gen Vladimir Zavadsky, Gen Vladimir Frolov, Gen Andrei Simonov, Gen Kanamat Botashev, Gen Roman Kutuzov, Gen Sergey Goryachev and countless other soldiers, civilians and Children. NB: First and foremost we are Global Citizens and should coexist in Peace. We expect full cooperation from the GRU, FSB and Presidential Security Service/ФСО. The Putin regime must end; to restore International Law, Peace and Prosperity. We respectfully request Putin to resign.
