REGARDING: As Leader of the Global Community and People's Liberation Army (PLA) 中国人民解放军 we order Xi Jinping and the CCP 中国共产党 to implement Human Rights (UDHR) 世界人权宣言 and Universal Suffrage 普遍選舉 in China.
Dear Global Citizens,
The Global defense budget has jumped to a record high of $2440bn - which is unacceptable, since these funds are wasted on war and international hostilities; while Children are starving, being killed and maimed in wars.
Hence we have founded the International Peacebuilding Alliance (IPA) to replace NATO, the Russian Armed Forces, United States Armed Forces, the PLA and UK Armed Forces.
The IPA is above all other governments - even above the United States, China, UK, Ukraine, Russia and EU - so that the UN Charter and complete nuclear disarmament can be manifested in the Global Community.
The IPA has temporarily taken power in the United States, China, UK, EU, Russia and Middle East - until the Rule of Law, the UN Charter and Peace have been manifested.
This includes restoring the UN Charter in Ukraine, Russia, Israel, China, the UK and Iran so that International Human Rights Law can be manifested in the Global Community.
On that note we invite all Global Citizens to join us to manifest World Peace and a nuclear free world.
PS: We will also inspect nuclear submarines - in particular from the UK, China Israel, Russia, United States and France - to ensure that Gender Equality and gentlemanly conduct is upheld on all hunter-killer submarines that sail across the Seven Seas.
