Healing the Russian Federation and the United States of America - Manifesting the International Peacebuilding Alliance (IPA) in the International Community

Dear All,
We urge both Russia and Ukraine not to promote nationalism so much, but rather Healing and Reconciliation.
First and foremost we are Global Citizens and should treat each other with respect and dignity, and coexist in Peace.
The main problem is that Putin cannot be trusted anymore.
Putin has violated the trust of Angela Merkel, Barack Obama, Joe Biden and Jean-Claude Juncker; by rejecting their appeasement policy and violating International Law and committing war crimes in Ukraine.
Regrettably our esteemed predecessors - Angela Merkel, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Joe Biden and Jean-Claude Juncker - were a bit naive, by assuming that Mr Putin is a honorable gentleman who abides by International Law. But regrettably he is not, being a warmonger and evildoer.
We wish to emphasize that in any war there are no winners - only losers and survivors, who may have won a few insignificant battles but ultimately lost the most important battle of all; namely the fight for Peace.
In the words of a great gentleman, Arthur Wellesley: "Next to a battle lost, the greatest misery is a battle gained."
This applies very much to Putin's illegal and senseless war on Ukraine.
To restore Peace with Ukraine, the People of Russia must end the Putin regime.
Once Putin has been replaced with a decent leader, we will support Peace Talks between Russia and Ukraine.
NB: The Global defence budget has jumped to a record high of $2440bn - which is unacceptable - since these funds are wasted on international hostilities; while Children are starving, being killed and maimed in wars.
Hence the International Peacebuiling Alliance has replaced all military organizations in the world to manifest Human Rights (UDHR) and Child Rights (UNCRC) in the Global Community.
The IPA is now above all other governments - even above the United States, UK, Afghanistan, Russia, Commonwealth, France, China and EU - until the UNCRC, International Law and a nuclear free world has been manifested in the Global Community.
The International Peacebuilding Alliance will implement Peacebuilding in conflict regions, to restore the UN Charter.
We encourage all world leaders to restore the UN Charter.
