The story reflects the struggle that many immigrants and their Children, from all cultures, experience in America. Having read the book 20 years ago it gave me an insight into Orthodox Judaism. So this is a great book about Friendship, Family, Love and discovering one's purpose in Life. NB: It's imperative to implement a Just Peace and the UN Charter in Israel-Palestine. History has proven that the Jews and Arabs have failed to reach a compromise on the 'two state solution'; politicians having wasted valuable time - over 30 years - while Children are starving, being killed and maimed in the land. This is unacceptable. All that ultimately matters is that our Children can live in Peace in the Holy Land. Legal Equality and Universal Suffrage must apply to ALL People in the land. i.e. One man one vote. After 30 years of failed two-state talks, the fault plainly lies in the plan. It's only when freed from the dead weight of a two-state paradigm that a Just Peace can be manifested. The country of Israel-Palestine will also entail a constitutional clause, to allow its People to refer to the land as either Israel or Palestine.
