
Project Manager must have a clear empathetic of their teams with the intention of managing and encouraging the creative process. Most managers are geared toward people management and not creative cycles. Most times they find themselves unable to alleviate conflict and the creative process fails. The primary task of most Project Manager should is to manage scope and the strategically heading of a project; however, what happens when that is not enough to ensure project success? Then, he or she must prove themselves to be capable leaders, able to understand the creative needs of the team essentially when it comes to how to care for and moderate roadblocks which unattended can inhibit innovation in a project environment.
