It's a Matter of Choice: Patient Satisfaction in a PPO World

Anecdotal evidence suggests that dental patients obtaining services through a prepaid (HMO) benefit program are less satisfied with the services received than patients using fee-for-service benefit programs. The purpose of this research project and book is to determine the extent of these differences in patient satisfaction with provider, dental office and dental benefit plan services.
