Education is even more crucial today, in the face of economic, environmental, and social challenges. Today’s children can meet upcoming challenges if their education and informal learning activities enable them for adult roles as citizens, employees, managers, parents, volunteers, and entrepreneurs. To accomplish their full potential as adults, adolescent people need to develop a sort of skills such as problem solving, critical opinion, communication, co-operation, and self-management and knowledge. Education is very important to meet life's situations. The desire for the so-called developments or the advancements which man creates not only caters to his survival requirements but also to his society globally. Progressions in all walks of life, wherever there is a need, it has been either provided with a way out or at slightest an attempt has been initiated. Inventions out of requirements are not only invented but also re-invented to organize the needs of current requisites of the ever-changing times. It is true to highlight that with encroachment of science and knowledge everyone wants to move forward and reach the peak of his/her success, compete with others and live more luxurious life for which they thrash about round the clock. Modern technology has gained such a presence in people’s lives that it’s easy to become obsessed to social media and Smart phone use to the point it starts impacting the leisure and sleep. In turn, this causes still more stress to build up throughout the day, ensuing in a cycle of stress accumulation. In this framework, stressful situations will influence individuals depending on how they are programmed to cope with their situation and this programming may be inherited or acquired during early life stages. People struggle to exercise control over actions that influence their lives. These modern-day phenomena certainly make them feel that they are on continuous emotional distress.
