This trilingual (English, Kurdish, Arabic) glossary of administrative terms represents a significant effort to develop and standardize administrative terminology in the Kurdish language. It compiles institutional transaction and procedure terms, including legal terminology concerning corporate governance, business, and employment. These specialized terms play a crucial role in effective communication and understanding. Unfortunately, a significant lack of systematically developed and standardized administrative terminology exists in Kurdish. This glossary aims to bridge this gap and establish a methodological foundation for developing the Kurdish language in the administration field. This attempt can be considered one of the first specialized glossaries in the administration field, particularly in the Kurmanji dialect. The difficulty in compiling this glossary lay in finding appropriate Kurdish equivalents and establishing a coordinated methodology for term creation—finding a new and effective way to organize, develop, and expand specialized scientific terminology in Kurdish. Therefore, we have made an effort to explain the terms in a simplified and accessible manner, so that everyone can understand and use them, regardless of their academic level.
