Certified Construction Inspection Officer

The Certified Construction Inspection Officer (CCIO) is a gold-standard certification accredited by the Global Academy of Finance and Management®. This credential is for individuals with skills and experience in construction site inspection that includes ensuring that building plans and specifications comply with the contract, performing safety checks at a construction site, conducting site inspections to ensure conformance to quality standards, inspecting building materials, (such as concrete, drywall, fiberglass, and steel framework) and assessing the risk associated with electrical systems (plumbing, sewer, and HVAC systems). It forms the basis of the International Board of Standards assessment that applicants must pass to gain the Certified Construction Inspection Officer status and inclusion in the Directory of Certified Professionals of The Global Academy of Finance and Management ®.
