Then it illustrates the characterizations of female and male heirs and types of heirlooms. Then it defines the blockage and its types, reliability, and restitution. It demonstrates the siblings and the rules in the inheritance if pregnancy exists, and explains how to root the inheritance equations and how to emendate them with homogeneity, overlapping, corresponding, and difference. Then it briefly talks about how an heir could give up his share through an agreement with the rest of the heirs and what to do if an heir or more passes away before receiving his/their share. At last, it discusses all the aberrant and rare cases.
