Edgar's Review May 2009

Growing up in a Latin household, one could not help but to smell the savory, sweet aroma of my Moms home cooked Caribbean food. A great cook; she created dishes from many cultures, spoiling us along the way. Weekend dining with friends or family is almost a way of life. I never did like going to a new restaurant and coming out disappointed, always wishing if someone local would tell me ahead of time what to expect before spending my hard earned money! Tada, Edgar’s Review was born and with only 39 years in the making, it should only take me another 39 to complete. All joking aside, I hope it will serve you well on your next date or meeting while keeping a dollar in your pocket. Enjoy & thank you Mom!
