This book is a departure from many books on religions and world cultures as it shows through intensive research the common denominator of all religions: Deeds of loving-kindness, unselfishness, the search for peace and the help for the needy and the deprived. The author clearly shows that the best way to achieve peace on earth is by claiming God as the God of humanity and not the exclusive God of one religion over another. “Love your fellow person as you love yourself” is a maxim followed by all creeds (modern and prehistoric); and it serves the purpose of this project by proving that the love of the fellow person is parallel to the love of your own God. Asher Elkayam examines the Holy Scriptures in four languages (Hebrew, Arabic, English and French). He also researches dozens of books on world religions including Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Confucianism, Daoism, Buddhism and other related religions.
