Alba is the typical girl next cubicle. She’s quiet. She’s plain. She’s easy-going. Most importantly, she’s green. She graduated from college and just started a new job as an analyst. With neither business experience nor extensive people’s network to pave her way, she conquered the corporate world with only a college diploma and a Tod’s leather bag in her hands. The Girl Next Cubicle is a story about a fresh-grad’s journey through office gossip, monotonous work, nosy colleagues, demanding bosses, impossible projects, nonexistent romance, imaginary idols—and through it all, she manages to mature and accept the reality of an ordinary nine-to-five job.
