I Am Not Daniella

A group of young girls going to high school in Iran. Notwithstanding every one of the guidelines, they managed to have fun and be silly and cheerful adolescents. Ellen, a lively, liberal, young lady living with her strict parents in a beautiful house. She finds herself falling in love with one of her classmates, (The best basketball player in school.) Against her parent’s wishes and against a very strict society, in which she lived. In the beginning, what they elicited was nothing more than harmless curiosity. Then turned to an innocent pure, unadulterated love. As the relationship progressed, they confronted many challenges. They attempt from various perspectives to make the relationship work. It is hoped that this story will help many people, both as individuals and as families to deal appropriately with the various issues regarding sexuality.
