What this is: This is the basic baked goods primer that it took me years to find and master. This is what I wish someone had given me when diagnosed with food allergies. My better half has a slew of them too and they actually are opposite of mine. Baking anything for my family is crazy. Why you will like it: It has to be fast, simple and easy or we aren't going to have it in the house. Add to that .. these are TASTY. All of these recipes have become staples in our house and can easily be adapted for multiple uses. We don't know the chemistry behind why these work we just know they do.
