Pharaoh's First

The pharaoh of Egypt, Calion, has come into contact with Shelyn, this girl is the daughter of foreign doctors who have been granted a residency long before Calion had taken the thrown. She and her brother, Helm are only two of the blessed beings that inhabit the area. One day when Helm failed to make it home from his assignment, their father is murdered and their home set on fire as their mother is kidnapped. In desperation Shelyn agrees to stay at the pharaoh's side. Upon Helm's return he is found near death. Begging her pharaoh and willing to do whatever it costs to save him. however fate was not on their side as a conspiracy begins to unfold against the pharaoh and Helm.
