Just an Illusion

Five years, after her father passes away, twenty-year old Jessica Farrell is hired as a receptionist at Donovan Headquarters—a well known industrial engineering company based out of Los Angeles. On her first day she runs into a tall man with captivating brown eyes named Blake Wickham. Jessica begins to grow fond of his witty personality, but has no idea of his shady past. She begins to grow suspicious as she discovers that Blake has a lot to hide. Jessica has a dark past of her own as she tries to recover from her relationship with her abusive ex-boyfriend. Blake and Jessica test each other as they continue to lie to protect themselves. Their relationship takes a dark turn when people and secrets start to resurface.
