Memories of the Past

Through creatively rich writing, this book attempts to address the myriad of issues the multicultural students at Morris Academy for Collaborative Studies face daily. Linguistic oppression, immigration, and social justice are embedded in their being and who better to explore these themes than the students themselves. The students have written these works as means to express themselves and provide but small window into their rarely discussed lives.
