Virgin Islands Storytellers

Virgin Islands Storytellers is a compilation of more than 100 writers and storytellers along with their backgrounds and the things that inspired them to write the almost 300 different books highlighted. Some of the storytellers have more than 20 books to their name while others have just one. Some authors stick mainly to historic facts and dates while others freely express themselves in local Virgin Islands dialect to tell their stories as if speaking to an old friend. Regardless of the style and format, all of the storytellers and the books that they have written help to tell the story of the people and the history of the U.S. Virgin Islands
