Yugoslav "Self-Administration" -- A Capitalist Theory and Practice
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
In this short exposition of Yugoslav pseudo-socialism, Comrade Enver Hoxha lays a line of demarcation between the anarchist and anti-Marxist views of the Titoites and, in particular, Kardelj, Tito’s chief “theoretician.” He starts off briefly mentioning the actions which the Yugoslav leaders have taken against Albania in the past; then notes the capitalist nature of “self-administration,” contrasting the centralization which the classics outlined as a necessity for socialist transformation with the decentralized Titoite system which breeds anarchy and chaos just as liberal-bourgeois countries do; speaks about the Proudhonian anarchist views they held on the state, even going as far as to make the absurd claim that the state is withering or has withered away within one country, Yugoslavia; exposes the negation of the leading role of the Party, something the revisionists of all hues have claimed to be politically expedient so as to carry out their aims; and, lastly, expounds with theoretical clarity that the so-called political pluralism under socialism is nothing more than a bourgeois deception, one which Kardelj himself compares to the political system of the U.S. imperialists.
