My implied audience is college and high school students because this is the time in life where people are presented many opportunities for new experiences. However, my poems are generally for anyone who has asked any of the previously mentioned questions and anything similar to them. Whom Shall I Fear? is for those who have apprehensions toward action or even regret toward past experiences. A more specific audience would be women like me who go against the norm and refuse to conform. This book is dedicated to those women who receive criticism for practicing abstinence and feel pressure to have sex and those who refuse to understand women who are different. There will be some echoes of concepts from the feminist tradition in that it is supporting and encouraging women while educating others who are stuck in the traditional patriarchal conventions.
