In these three misadventures of obsession, fixation, and womanly dominance over the male - be it wanted or not: a divorced and disgraced American diplomat is demoted to a position in Chennai's US Consulate and finds only more disgrace - this time at the feet of the Indian female acting as his housekeeper; a powerful UK mover and shaker on business to Kolkata finds an abject fate he can't escape when his eyes meet those of a young waitress working at his hotel; while in England itself, a man near the end of his tether interviews for the role of admin assistant for which he is obviously over-qualified - though not as much as he is for the real position offered by the Indian businesswoman interviewing him when he discovers the position will involve living in her home... As her English manservant! This volume contains: "A Reversal in Chennai" by Berndt Schuster; Kurt Steiner's "Vincennes"; and "Desperate Straits" from Shruti Jalav. Three works of believable fantasy and interracial domination, set on the Indian Subcontinent and the British Mainland, for the connoisseur of the woman whose command and assertion is backed by a will-of-iron.
