Quality and attitude of primary five school pupils

Teaching and learning depends largely on teachers, and that, it is on teachers’ quality and devotion that rest on the effectiveness of all educational arrangements, development and growth. Thus, quality was observed by Akinsolu (2010), that teachers are vital pre-requisites for pupils’ attainment of educational goals and objectives. Teachers remain the major factor in any educational system, and their quality of teaching is undoubtedly one of the most important factors shaping the teaching and learning outcome, performance and achievement of pupils.
