While the book of Enoch hasn't been accepted as connonized scripture, it's clear within the writings that the text itself doesn't exist as an affront to, but in support of, the Christian faith with evidences of Jesus the Messiah from the foundations of the Earth. This being the case, it is clear to see why the book was rejected by the Jewish culture long ago.
Even the book of Jude almost wasn't cannonized due to it's quoting the book of Enoch in verses 14 and 15 when it was written:
"14And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
15To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."
