Neither Greek Nor Jew

Saved by a German officer during WWII, unique violinist Vera Bloom and her savior fall in love but fate separates them. While in a German labor camp she gives birth to a son, Walter Jr. and at war’s end meets Yuri, an American officer of Russian descent who falls in love with her enchanted by her music in a German restaurant. He marries Vera and takes her and Walter Jr. to the US where his Russian/Christian relatives refuse to accept a Jew into their family. Her strong will and magnificent talent however take her to the world’s major stages where she plays to rave audiences. On one of her tours she reencounters her first love Walter, the German father of her child.
