The Truth of Malcolm City

During the 1920's a rising city was locked away from the world due to the extreme crime rate that the city held. Ever since that time, only certain people have been allowed entry into the city. Until one day a New York City cop is recruited in the MCIU (Malcolm City Investigations Unit) as a detective, Detective Stephen Hartigan. Hear his story as he uncovers the truth hidden behind the walls of Malcolm City.
