Growing up as an Arab-American gets harder everyday and 16 Year old Ramzi Hassan knows that all too well. Just before the end of of his Sophomore year he finds out that his father is promoted and the family must now move from St. Louis, Missouri to Fort Worth Texas. Coping with move may seem like a normal task that young people sometimes face, but for Ramzi the struggle lies within the strict policies of not only his own religion but his parents as well. Just as he begins to settle in he learns the harsh reality of what Muslims as well as Arab-American’s faced before, during and after the 9/11 tragedy. Now he must struggle to keep his family from falling apart, and to clear his father’s name before it’s too late. In the end victory or failure depends on one thing, your ability to keep the faith alive.
